1. How do I sign up for Code Therapy services?
Each service page has a red Sign Up button. Click it to begin the booking flow. You’ll enter your email and receive a confirmation code to continue. After confirming, we’ll send payment details and follow up to get started.
Check your spam folder if the confirmation email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
2. How do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure payment link by email. Payments are handled through Stripe.
3. Will you work with my existing codebase?
Yes. We love jumping into existing projects. Just send us a zip of the codebase or a link to a private repo ahead of time, and we’ll take it from there.
4. How long does it take to get into the App Store?
Apple’s review process can vary. In our experience, apps are typically approved within 1 to 7 days, but you should plan for up to a month to accommodate any back-and-forth or required changes.
5. What is Code Therapy?
Code Therapy is our hands-on coding session. You bring your bugs, features, or big ideas—we bring focus and two hands on the keyboard. We work together on your code live via Google Meet and Visual Studio Live Share.

6. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Yes. If you want us to review your code:

Zip your codebase

Upload it to Google Drive or similar
- Send us the link ahead of time
That way, we’re ready to go when the session starts.
7. What happens after the session?
After we wrap, you’ll receive:

A link to the session recording

Any code or files we worked on
- A written summary of what we covered
We’ll also follow up to see if you need anything else.
8. How do I schedule a follow-up?
Just reply to our follow-up email or return to the service page to book another session.
9. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. If you’re booking multiple sessions or need ongoing support, email us at hello@kezzi.co and let’s talk.
10. Where do I download the session recording?
You’ll receive a private link to your session recording by email shortly after the session ends.

12. What does the Code Therapy Pixel to Code service include?
